Our group homes are designed to encourage independence while offering a nurturing, caring and empathetic environment where special needs adults can thrive and feel at home. Our AFL program offers a family inspired environment for additional, personalized care as well. From dietician approved meal plans, medication management, supported employment, community networking, and more - our programs feel like home.

Shine Residential

  • An AFL provider is an individual or couple who opens their home to provide residential support for people with disabilities, such as intellectual and developmental disabilities. They offer a nurturing, family-like environment with 24/7 care, helping with daily living, medical appointments, and community integration to foster independence and a higher quality of life.

  • Residential Support provides 24-hour support in a safe, nurturing home environment. Our dedicated DSPs help with daily living skills, medication management, personal care, social activities, and community involvement - all while encouraging each person’s independence and personal goals.
